My Goal!

In the last 2 years of my life, I have definitely become more confident, and comfortable with who I am!  I always used to be fairly shy (and still am somewhat), but have come to value that I have a lot to offer too!  I am taking a little more time for me, which also helps! 
Anyways, this all leads to my goal--living to be a healty and active 100+ years old!  I have some genetics on my side (my Grandma was almost 91, and my Great Gramdma was 98), which will lead me to older age.  I had recently heard that volunteering and sharing time and talents is a good way to add a few extra years. 
My husband just forwarded me an article, which I thought to be very easy advice to follow.

My only problems that I forsee---I have to start drinking, and need to cut the meat out of the diet.  I am not a drinker by any means.  Maybe 1 drink a month (maybe...).  I guess I will need to start culturing myself to this mindest--the year in France should help with that! 
As well, if anyone has any lentil, bean recipes, I am in desperate need!
